SINTAMANI is a boutique jewellery brand founded by designer/studio jeweller Priya. Coming from a heritage where jewellery is a treasured artefact, the concept behind the brand is to create a modern version of traditional Indian jewellery. The brand name is derived from a Sanskrit word; a magical jewel which fulfils one’s desires, and is jewellery inspired by the bygone era of the Mughal Empire and its imperial grandeur.
Each piece of SINTAMANI jewellery is designed to give the appearance of a decorative motif, the Lotus flower, symbolic as being associated with beauty and prosperity. The jewellery is created using 3D printing and hand finished in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter. All pieces are crafted using sterling silver and a 24ct gold vermeil, with some set with one of the Navaratna gemstones; diamond, sapphire, ruby or pearl.
You can shop their collections and meet them alongside 70 other independent designers and makers at our next event at Shoreditch town hall.
