Barbara creates pieces in silver and gold inspired by her travels through India, Egypt, Morocco as well as her exploration of museums and galleries throughout London. The recurring designs and styles of these places are incorporated into her jewellery to create a sense of timelessness- both classical and new at once.
She honed her skills while studying jewellery and silversmithing at Sir John Cass University in London. Each piece is handmade in her workshop in London, using mainly sterling silver, plated in 18ct gold, and a variety of techniques, such as wax carving, Keum- Boo (fine gold fusing) and reticulation.
You can shop the collections and meet the designer alongside 70 other independent designers and makers at our next event at Shoreditch town hall.
